On the 29th December 2015 a pair of Northern Rail Class 156 DMU's are seen at Middlesbrough station. To the right No. 156461 has just arrived with a service from Whitby, which terminates here, while to the left No. 156464 is about to depart with a service from Hexham to Nunthorpe.
