"East Midlands Trains Class 222/0 Bombardier 'Meridian' No. 222006 'THE CARBON CUTTER' speeds through Loughborough Station, working the 08:29 Sheffield to St Pancras International service on 7th August 2015. The station was built in 1872 and is now a Grade II listed building, of particular note being its transverse gabled glass canopies and neat Italianate buildings in yellow stock brick, classic characteristics of Midland Railway Architecture."
