Diesel hydraulic heaven at Exeter MPD on a sunny 12th May 1971. Among the fine array of seven locomotives on show are 'Warship' Class 42 No. D819 'Goliath' and North British Type 2 No. 6338. D819 was withdrawn from service in October of that year and cut up at Swindon Works during March 1972.
