On 13th July 2014 Bubble-Car No. W55028 crosses the road at Norden on its way to Motala, with a passenger-carrying, sight-seeing trip. As there are at present no gates at this crossing, the traffic is stopped by men with red flags while the train passes. This is the first weekend that Swanage Railway services have operated over the line from Norden to Motala and it is a taster of next yearâ??s operation on the line into Wareham.
