On 1st September 2022, Jubilee Class No. 45596, BAHAMAS, slows for the level crossing and sharp curves on the approach to Poole Station. The Railway Touring Company's steam special, The Dorset Coast Express, is travelling from London to Weymouth. Class 33 No. 33 025 is on the rear and this will return the train to Southampton (with BAHAMAS on the rear), where the train will reverse and BAHAMAS will take over for the journey back to London, via Romsey.
