A long S9 service approaches Frankfurt-Niederrad on the morning of 13th June 2014, lead by DB class 420 EMU No. 420 825. This class, built mainly in the 1970s, still serves the important S8 and S9 line, but will retire from Frankfurt S-Bahn network later this year.
