On 28th May 2014 South-West Trains Class 444 No. 444014 passes non-stop through Eastleigh, at 14:11, with a service from London Waterloo to Weymouth. On the adjacent down-slow line is a container train, bound for Southampton, that has stopped to allow the passenger service to overtake, as the line narrows to just two tracks after Eastleigh. In the background, between the containers, can be glimped EWS-liveried Class 60 No. 60045, stabled in Eastleigh Yard, while at the left-hand edge of the image, a London-bound service is just visible, as it hurries away.
