In the background can be seen the tail-end of a recent arrival of a train of containers from Crewe Basford Hall, drawn by DRS blue-liveried Class 66/4 No. 66420, out of sight. In the adjacent up goods loop, lower-right of picture, South-West Trains Class 450/0 No. 450088 awaits its next turn of duty.
