On 11th April 2014 Network Rail Windhoff MPV (Multi Purpose Vehicles) DR 98906 and DR 98956 stand at Swanwick Junction on the Midland Railway Ripley. The set is serviced and stabled there during the day, going out at night to carry out weed killing duties in the area.
