The Llangollen Railway ran its tribute to Croes Newydd Depot over the weekend of 4 - 6th April 2014 when it arranged the visit of ex-Croes Newydd engines 16xx 0-6-0PT No. 1638 and GWR 43xx Mogul No. 5322 as guest locomotives.
On 4th April No. 5322 was piloted by 28xx Class 2-8-0 No. 3802 as they curved out of Glyndyfrdwy with the 09:30 Llangollen - Carrog - Bonwm service.
