Whilst on loan to the Severn Valley Railway, Stanier Class 5MT 4-6-0 No. 5000 at Bridgnorth MPD on 30th March 1985. Fowler Class 3F 0-6-0T No. 47383 is stabled on the adjacent line. New as LMS No. 5000 from Crewe Works in March 1935, it was re-numbered to BR No. 45000 in 1949. It was withdrawn from Lostock Hall MPD during October 1967 but survived into preservation and is part of the National Collection.
