Under clear signals on the Up Main, DBS Class 60 diesel electric No. 60017 runs through Gloucester on 19th March 2014 with the 05.07 Robeston - Westerleigh Murco train of loaded bogie tanks. The loco was new from Brush, Loughborough, in October 1990 and first allocated to Thornaby TMD. It was named 'Arenig Fawr' from new until October 1996 and re-named 'Shotton Works Centenary Year 1996' on 8th November 1996. Following a period stored out of service, the loco was overhauled in 2012 and released back into traffic during August of that year.
