Fratton based Class 421/2 4-CIG No. 1219, comprising vehicles Nos. 76769, 62407, 71087 and 76840, arrives at London Waterloo with a Portsmouth Express service, seen on 2nd August 1990. This unit had a long life and like many of its classmates was scrapped around the turn of the century.
