The Vintage Trains charter from Tyseley to Carlisle which ran on 15th June 2013 had a less than vintage combination when Castle Class 4-6-0 No. 5043 Earl of Mount Edgcumbe piloted Coronation Class Pacific No. 46233 Duchess of Sutherland throughout.
The unusual combination was caught storming past Greenholme on the climb to Shap on the northbound leg of the trip.
