An area of the UK not troubled with too much snow on this day was the south-west of England and south Wales as this image taken on 23rd March 2013 shows. Seen at the site of the closed Portskewitht station (situated between Chepstow and Severn Tunnel Junction) is DBS Class 60 No. 60007 'The Spirit of Tom Kendell' while working 6B13, 05.05 Robeston to Westerleigh Murco oil tankers.
