Following the removal of its 'Hector' nameplates in 1968, EM1 Class electric No. E26048 runs light through Guide Bridge on 17th March 1971. New from Gorton Works in October 1952, it became Class 76 No. 76048 under TOPS. It was withdrawn from service in July 1981 and cut-up by CF Booth of Rotherham during June 1983.
