On an overcast and chilly 26th May 1971, 'Western' Class 52 diesel hydraulic No. D1034 'Western Dragoon' sweeps through a deserted Dawlish Warren with 1V46, the 08:30 Kensington Olympia - St Austell motorail service. The loco was withdrawn in October 1975 and cut-up at Swindon Works during May 1977.
