During a day of charter with a mixed trainset on 9th February 2013, the locomotives were exchanged at Benneckenstein resulting in this scene of Class 99.23 2-10-2T No. 99-7235-1 leaving with the Nordhausen - Brocken service while classmate No. 99-7245-6 waits to run round the charter trainset.
