The recent purchase of Siemens Taurus Class locomotives by PKP has seen them work the through Berlin - Warsaw services thus replacing DB Class 234 diesels and avoiding the need to change locomotives at the Polish border. On 12 February 2013 PKP Class 370 No. 370-007 waits to leave Berlin Ostbahnhof with the service to Warsaw.
