Now resident on the Ribble Steam Railway (RSR), Britain's oldest working steam locomotive is Furness Railway (FR) 0-4-0 No 20 built in 1863. Its 1st workings at its new home were during the RSR Steam Gala over the weekend of February 18-19 and on the 1st day FR20 was seen attached to AB1147 John Howe on the rear of the RSR Shuttle which HE3155 0-6-0 Walkden was powering on the outward journey.
