The week of the 11 -16 September was advertised as 'City of Truro Week' by the Bodmin & Wenford Railway, but sadly she had a serious failure and could not be used. On the day of the photographer's visit (15th September 2011) services were being operated by two locomotives topping and tailing the carriages, at the rear is GWR 0-6-2T No 5521, but leading is ex-London & South Western Railway's T9 4-4-0 No. 30120. The train is the 12.20 Bodmin Parkway to Bodmin General and is seen working hard on the steep climb past Charlie's Gate.
