Class No. 33021 has become a stalwart of Churnet Valley loco-hauled services since re-opening of the Moorlands and City Railway line to Cauldon Low but has recently gained the name of 'Captain Charles'. On August 10 2011 No. 33021 was noted at rest in Cheddleton station displaying its new nameplate.
