Drummond 0-4-4T, No. 53 (Southern Region M7 Class, No. 30053), rests outside the engine shed at Swanage in between turns of duty on 6th August 2011. Just visible, inside the shed is 34070, 'Manston', undergoing maintenance. Not much seems to have changed in fifty years: the young lad sweeps-up, men drink tea in the background - only the hint of fluorescent clothing hints at the twenty-first century.
