A scanned image of the final days of the Dean Lane - Appley Bridge 'Wasteliner' when the loop at Burscough Bridge was closed and the train had to travel to Southport in order to runround. On June 24 1993 it was No. 60005 Skiddaw which was motive power for the train as it approached St Lukes after its reversal at Southport.
