The East Coast Railway has been short of trainsets recently, leading to the daily hire of HST sets from both EMT and AXC. On 26th August AXC trainset No. 43384 ( trailed by 43301 ) powered an up service to Kings Cross through Harringay while on hire for ECML duties.
