The A1 Locomotive Trust was again privileged to provide traction for a Royal Train working on February 4 when A1 Class 4-6-2 60163 Tornado worked from Preston to the Museum of Science & Industry ( MOSI ) with No. HRHPrince Charles and Lady Camilla on board.
No. HRHPrince Charles spent time on an official visit to the site where he was introduced to one of the Museum's oldest railway exhibit - PLANET.
