The East Lancs Railway ran another of their popular diesel days on 7th November 2009, this time based on a theme of Type 2 and Type 3 locomotives. Having made one solo round trip along the line, Class 37/4 No. 37418 'Pectinidae' was paired up with Class 37/0 No. 37109 for the remainder of the day.
