The Class Re4/4 1 were the first SBB locos to adopt a bogie rather than the rigid frames of hitherto and were constructed after the 2nd World War from 1947 onwards. One of the later series without corridor connections carried by the earlier members of the class No. 432 departs from Zurich Hauptbahnhof on the Rhone-Isar Express 12:45 Geneva to Munich on 12th September 1958
