The Skipton-Colne Branch which was closed and lifted during the Beeching Era is now subject to a concerted campaign to reopen it. In the summer of 1951 ex MR 0-4-4T No. 58077 has just past Skipton North Junction and entered the Branch with North Junction Advanced Starter Signal in view on an evening train from Skipton to Barnoldswick in happier times 1951
