Ex LMS Pacific No. 6201 Princess Elizabeth stands at Stalybridge and is about to have Class 47/0 No. 47203 attached to the front for the trip under the wires around Stockport while working the White Rose Railtour on 11th April 1987. The Class 47 was removed at Edgeley Junction. The Railtour ran from London to York where steam took over for cross country trip to Shrewsbury before returning to London Diesel hauled.
