Drawing into platform 4 at Peterborough station on 17th December 2013 is a Network rail Test Train hauled by DRS Class 37 No. 37218. This train had made a long round the region trip starting in Derby RTC. It progressed through Nottingham & Peterborough to Liverpool Street. Its next foray was to Ipswich, Stowmarket Harwich before returning to Stratford. It then ran back to Peterborough before returning to Derby via Stamford and Loughborough.
