No. 70000 hauling 1Z43, 18.09 Norwich to King's Cross, restarts from a dead stand at the Harling Road home signal, as a result of running slightly early and catching up with the preceding Norwich to Cambridge train. The loco could be heard accelerating away in to the distance for several minutes. This may be the last opportunity to photograph steam in this classic setting as Harling Road level crossing is due to be replaced in the near future as part of the upgrade of the Norwich to Ely line.
