On 2nd June 2024, GBRf Class 66/7, No. 66727 Maritime One, passes Maryport at the head of the 10:56 GBRf-operated weedkilling trip from Carlisle, Upperby C.E. Sidings to Carnforth Bottom End C.E. Siding. The train went to Sellafield on the Cumbrian Coast before reversing. Classmate No. 66754 'Northampton Saints' was at the rear.
