On 24th February 2024, LSL Class 40 No. D213 'Andania' departs from Carlisle Citadel station working 'The Whistling Highlander' Day 1 Crewe to Inverness, promoted by Inter-City. Class 47/4 No. 47805 / D1935 'Roger Hosking MA 1925 - 2013', was at the rear of this train.
