On the 12th February 2024, an LNER Azuma Class 800/2, No. 800202, approaches Hartburn Junction, Stockton-on-Tees, working the 13.44 LNER route learning / training run from Newcastle to Doncaster Carr IEP Depot, via the Durham Coast.
Just visible in the background is a Northern Class 156 No. 156454, which is working the 13.51 service from Battersby to Hexham.
