On the 20th November 2023, this SAR Class 15CA No. 2828, together with former SAR carriages, is seen as a static display at Vink Rivier, near Robertson, in the Western Cape. The locomotive and carriages are parked in a siding and form what is described as the Gospel Express, a Christian mission with the carriages used as accommodation.
No. 2828, which is part of the Transnet National Collection, was built by the North British Locomotive Co. Ltd. in Glasgow, in 1929.
