On a bright morning on 7th August 2023, Colas Rail Freight Class 70, No. 70814 approaches Darlington from the north working the 09.15 Colas Rail Freight loaded ballast working from Tyne Yard to Longport.
The train actually left Tyne Yard 35 minutes late to avoid a lengthy layover at Ferryhill and came into Darlington 5 minutes early.
