On the 4th February 2023 Northern Class 150, No. 150125, waits to depart from platform 3C at Preston station with the 11.10 Northern service from Preston to Ormskirk.
This service on what is known as the West Lancs Line, will stop at Croston, Rufford and Burscough Junction before reaching Ormskirk. The line operates on a single line token between Midge Hall (north of Croston) and Ormskirk.
