On the 24th September 2022, Class 55 Deltic No. D9000 ' Royal Scots Grey', passes Great Corby, to the east of Carlisle working 'The Deltic Delight', rail charter from Wolverhampton to Newcastle, via the WCML to Upperby, Carlisle, then the Tyne Valley to Newcastle, promoted by Intercity. 47805 / D1935 'Roger Hosking MA 1925 - 2013', is out of sight at the rear of this train.
