On the 10th September 2022, Locomotive services Midland Pullman Class 43 No. 43046 'Geoff Drury 1930-1999 Steam Preservation and Computerised Track Recording Pioneer', with classmate No. 43047 at the rear, heads south past Darlington working the Settle and Carlisle and Jorvik Pullman charter, from Perth to York, with the return journey to Perth via the S&C.
