On 1st April 2022, DRS Class 68 No. 68001 Evolution and 68007 Valiant top and tail a single nuclear flask as they pass Silverdale on the Lancashire Cumbria border with the 16.19 Heysham Harbour Power station - Sellafield working conveying nuclear waste for processing at Sellafield. This service generally operates weekly from Sellafield and the return working usually runs early, on this occasion 70 minutes early at this point.
