Marking the 56th Anniversary of the final day of trains on the Somerset and Dorset Railway, 6th March 1966, the Somerset and Dorset Railway Trust ran two round trips from Alresford to Alton with their S&DJR 7F No. 53808. The second of the two special trains on 6th March 2022, the 14:00 from Alton, arrives back at Alresford.
