BR Class 08 diesel shunter No. D3061 is about to pass beneath the Midland main line at Wath Road Junction with a local trip working on 11th September 1973. The redundant signal post indicates Wath Road Junction signal box (just visible above D3061) has closed, and the Manvers Main cokimg plant in the background would soon suffer the same fate.
