On 2nd January 2022, the Swanage Railway Class 117 DMU approaches Afflington Bridge with the 14:00 from Norden to Swanage. This was the second day of a special 3 day New Year Timetable, commemorating the 50th Anniversary of the closure of the line by BR in January 1972.
