In the early evening on 25th September 2021, Colas Rail Freight Class 56 No. 56105 is seen approaches Darlington on: the 13.47, Colas Rail Freight service conveying empty aviation fuel tanks from Sinfin Sidings, Derby, to Ineos at Grangemouth.
Passing to the left is an LNER "Azuma" Class 801/2 No. 801220, which is heading south on: the 15.30, LNER "Azuma" service from Edinburgh to London King's Cross.
