On the 23rd July 2021 after about 5 years out of service for major body repairs and a brand new steam heating boiler class 31 No D5631 came out having just undergone a complete repaint but slightly camouflaged as it is to be seen in all its glory on the following day for the North Norfolk Mixed Traction Gala. This test run sent it down to Sheringham where empty stock was collected and seen here running into Weybourne. It went on to Holt then returned the stock back to Sheringham and back to Weybourne light. The paper covering on the numbers had D9000 nearest and 56087 on the far end. Covering the BR emblem was Network North Norfolk. Nice curtain on the front!
