Preserved Class 37 No. 37674 is seen on a low loader in a lay-by on the A59 near Skipton on 29th December 2020. The locomotive was being transferred from the Wensleydale Railway to the Embsay & Bolton Abbey Railway but on arrival access to the latter was denied. This resulted in the locomotive being deposited in the nearby lay-by where it spent the Christmas period, awaiting further developments.
