Intercity-liveried Class 47 No. 47849 hurries a rake of Virgin Cross Country coaching stock through Starcross on the River Exe estuary on 18th August 1998 with the 08:40 Glasgow - Penzance service. the former D1630 was withdrawn in December 2001 and scrapped in May 2002.
