Class 45/0 No. 45017, previously No. D23, was initially withdrawn in August 1985, but then became No. ADB968024 as a static training locomotive, seen here at the Midland Railway Centre at Swanwick Junction on 16th August 1987. No. 45017 was finally withdrawn during 1988.
