LNER Class A4 Pacific No. 60009 'Union of South Africa' is seen coasting along the Swanage Railway at Cats Eye crossing approx. a mile from Norden Station hauling The Swanage Belle charter from London Victoria to Swanage on 12th September 2019. WCRC Class 47/4 No. 47802 is well out of sight at the rear of the train in this view, the 47 will provide the motive power for the return run as far as Southampton.
